You’ll start off with athletic-based warm-up to get your joints and connective tissue ready for action. Kickboxing can be a challenge to follow when too many moves are pieced together. Yup, that’s pretty much it- 10 moves and you’ve got yourself a simple but effective workout all in 45 minutes. Each move lasts 40 seconds and you’ll repeat each circuit 3 times. GHU Trainer Shelley Hawkins along with Sam Cam and Shea will guide you through five easy-to-follow circuits.Įach circuit contains two moves: one kickboxing and one core.
